Yokohama City established the "Yokohama City New Coronavirus Infectious Disease Call Center" in February 2020, and has responded to consultations from citizens, such as referrals to medical institutions and physical condition consultation for positive persons.
Based on the current status of consultation, etc., the operation of the "Yokohama City New Coronavirus Infectious Disease Call Center" will be terminated on March 31, 2024.
