In Yokohama City, patients who have developed cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction can continue their exercise even after the "heart rehabilitation * 1" conducted in insurance medical treatment, and work on continuing exercise. We work on enlightenment. NTT Communications Corporation, NTT Data Management Research Laboratories, Inc., and Yokohama City, will conduct a voluntary rehabilitation experimental project for heart disease patients utilizing "Mieru Rehabilitation" in Yokohama.

A comprehensive activity program (exercise therapy, learning activity / life guidance, counseling, etc.) to prevent cardiovascular disease from recurring or re-hospitalization.
