Hodogaya Ward holds the "Dogaya Local Production for Local Consumption Cooking Contest" to convey the deliciousness and charm of seasonal vegetables to many people. In 2024, we will recruit idea recipes that bring out the appeal of sodagaya vegetables. In 2027, the 100th anniversary of the constituency system, we plan to issue a collection of recipes for the 100th anniversary of the constituency system (tentative name)”.
