Hodogaya Ward has been holding the "Sogaya Local Production for Local Consumption Cooking Contest" since FY2022 to convey the deliciousness and charm of seasonal vegetables to many people. As we carry out Sogaya local production for local consumption cooking contest this year, we are looking for special idea recipes that bring out the appeal of sodagaya vegetables.
