In order to convey the taste and appeal of seasonal vegetables to many people, Hodogaya Ward has been holding the “Hodogaya Local Production for Local Consumption Cooking Contest” since fiscal 2022. In fiscal 2027, the 100th anniversary of the constituency system, a collection of recipes commemorating the 100th anniversary of the constituency system (tentative name) will be issued. In carrying out the potato local production for local consumption cooking contest this year, we are looking for the best idea recipes to bring out the charm of potatoes.
