Hodogaya Ward held a photo contest using Instagram from July to October 2023 as an opportunity to rediscover various attractions in the city. 1,126 photos were submitted, and as a result of the judging by photographer Hideo Mori, 10 winners of "1 Grand Prize", "1 Grand Prize", "1 point of Sogaya Hana Charter Award" and "8 excellence awards" were determined. .
From January 2024, we will hold a photo exhibition to display 10 award-winning works at four venues in the city.
