It was discovered on Tuesday, April 4 and Thursday, April 6 that three My Number Cards, which had been kept at Hodogaya Ward Office Family Registry Division, were missing.
We apologize for the loss of My Number Card, which should be handled under strict management, causing great inconvenience and concern to applicants and citizens, taking it seriously, and apologize deeply.
We will continue to thoroughly investigate the cause and make every effort to prevent recurrence, and strive to restore the trust of citizens.
