In order to issue a collection of recipes for the 100th anniversary of the constituency system in fiscal 2027, Hodogaya Ward has been holding the "Sogaya Local Production for Local Consumption Cooking Contest" since fiscal 2022.
This year, for about three months from July 24 to October 20, we recruited recipes for "noodle dishes using plenty of vegetables from Sogaya vegetables" and received 28 applications. This time, we will hold a cooking contest for five inventors of recipes determined by document screening actually cook as follows.
