Idea Kitchen 2022 in Yokohama

To realize ZeroCarbonYokohama, Yokohama City and a group of students in the city, "Team ZEROYOUTH Yokohama" collaborate to make citizens feel closer to decarbonization from the perspective of "food" that is indispensable to daily life. We are looking for ideas for cooking menus that are conscious of CO2 emissions reduction in order to lead to further action. On Saturday, March 26, at the Muji Konandai Burs store, which has concluded a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Motoichi, the presentation of three excellent menu items selected as particularly excellent ideas from the application menu and Yokohama Co., Ltd. Under the supervision of Green Peace Representative Director Naoki Tsubaki, we will reproduce the excellent menu and hold a commentary talk show.
This event will be held as part of the world's largest environmental action, "EARTHHOUR 2022 in Yokohama" to be implemented on Saturday, March 26 in cooperation with WWF.
