(5) Construction Collins Registration Confirmation Document [After Contract]
   The registration period is as described in the "Special Rules for Machinery and Equipment Construction".
   For construction contracts with a construction contract amount of 5 million yen or more, use the form specified by the Nihon Kensetsu Information Center as construction results information.

4 Documents related to the construction plan

(1) Implementation Schedule [Submission by e-mail before on-site construction]

8 Documents required when requesting construction costs

9 Documents related to inspection of nonconformity with contract
