(5) Construction Collins Registration Confirmation Document [After Contract]
   The registration period is as described in the "Special Rules for Machinery and Equipment Construction".
   For construction work with a contract amount of 5 million yen or more, construction performance information shall be used in the format specified by the Nihon Kensetsu Information Center.

8 Documents required when requesting construction fees
