In construction ordered by Yokohama City, we will utilize the information sharing system (ASP) for the purpose of "smooth communication of orderer", "speaking up the processing of construction documents", "efficiency of supervision inspection work", etc. .

Implementation Guidelines
Information Sharing System Implementation Guidelines for Yokohama City Construction Work (July 2023)
Applicable to construction contracts concluded on or after July 1, 2023.
Target construction report
The construction report targeted by the information sharing system shall be a construction meeting book. Construction forms other than the construction meeting book will also be effective by attaching them to the construction meeting book. It shall be decided by the ordering party consultation referring to the construction-related documents list (building work).
