Construction Estimation Information

City of Yokohama, Housing and Architecture Bureau has formulated guidelines for estimating construction costs for other than housing construction, referring to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "Standards for estimating public building construction costs" and "Standards for estimating public building construction costs." In addition, in Yokohama City, construction costs are estimated using the repair and repair estimation system (RIBC2).

1 Estimated unit price

(1) Periodic revision
 Price materials The unit price (material unit price / market unit price) and the combined unit price based on common steps across the country are periodically maintained. ※I will revise it.
 ※In principle, four times a year (April, July, October, January)

(2) Temporary revision
 Main material unit price ※It will be revised every month for the time being.
 ※The main material unit price is the unit price of materials set by Yokohama City as the main material from reinforcing bars, concrete, steel frames, and steel scraps.
 It is based on “Monthly Construction Prices” and “Monthly Estimated Data” that are commercially available by the Price Research Committee and the Economic Research Committee.

(3) Material unit price
 The unit price of materials is the price of "Monthly Construction Prices" and "Monthly Estimated Data" which are commercially available from the Construction Price Survey Committee and the Economic Research Committee.
 It depends.
 The unit price of materials set based on the actual transaction price of the market can be viewed at the Citizen Information Center by Yokohama City, entrusted to a price survey organization and conducted by itself.

(5) Labor unit price
 Labor unit price depends on the unit price of public construction design labor set in Yokohama City.

3 About the maintenance and repair integration system (RIBC2)

The repair and repair estimation system is a system that uses a personal computer to estimate the construction cost of public buildings. This system was developed by the Institute for Building Cost Management System, and is currently introduced by many local governments, including the government, and can be used by design offices and construction companies by rental. . However, it is necessary to maintain data that has not been published by the national or local government, among the accumulated data such as material unit prices and steps.

4 About downloading of construction design documents

About construction design book which we can download from door (outside site) of Yokohama, bid, we assume only PDF file according to the whole city handling after June 1, 2013. When converting to Excel, software such as Adobe Acrobat is required separately.
