（１） Being listed in the "Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.)" in Reiwa 5.6 and satisfy the following points. If you are currently applying at the time of submission of the application form, the registration must be completed by the date of identifying the contract candidate.
・Register in the event "320 Various Survey Projects", and register "A Market / Public Opinion Poll" or "B Consulting (excluding construction consulting)" as the details of the event. All of them do not matter.
（２） From the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, those who have not received suspension measures under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City General Competition and Suspension of Nomination (April 1, 2004)" .
（３） A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
（４） At the time of submission of the application form, the following points must be satisfied.
・Over the past five years, we have been entrusted with planning work such as international conferences and seminars with overseas governments and local governments regarding decarbonization, smart cities, or environmentally friendly urban infrastructure projects from national, government agencies, international organizations, or local governments.

・Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. ・When an explanation is requested pursuant to the preceding paragraph, Motoichi will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the closing date of the city hall, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
