A single company (organization) that satisfies all of the following items, or a consortium that all members satisfy all of the following items: In the case of a consortium, at the time of application, we will submit a "Consortium Agreement and Power of Attorney" (Competitive Bidding Handling Guidelines No. 12 style for Yokohama City Goods and Consignment) and propose the sharing duties of members Will be clarified in the book. (1)Being listed in the "Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.)" in Reiwa 5.6 and satisfy all of the following points. If you are currently applying at the time of submission of the application form, the registration must be completed by the date of identifying the contract candidate.
・Register in the event "320 Various Survey Plans", and register "A Market / Public Opinion Poll" or "B Consulting Services (excluding construction consulting, etc.)" as the details of the event. All of them do not matter.
(2)From the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, those who have not received suspension measures under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City General Competition and Suspension of Nomination (April 1, 2004)" .
(3)A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(4)At the time of submission of the application form, all of the following two points must be satisfied.
・Over the past five years, there have been at least five contracts for outsourcing related to surveys and technical cooperation that contribute to achieving SDGs, decarbonization, and solving urban issues in overseas cities conducted by national, government agencies, and local governments.
・In the past 5 years, at least 5 cases have been entrusted with the planning of forums and seminars involving more than 50 people from the national, government, international organizations, local governments, private companies, etc.

Of those who have submitted the application for intention to participate, those who have been approved and those who have not been approved will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason.

Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 17:00, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
