Questions and answers will be notified to everyone who has confirmed that they are qualified for the proposal.
If you do not have any questions, you do not need to submit a questionnaire.

Notification of Proposal Qualification Confirmation Results and Submission of Proposal-related Materials [End]
■Notification of Proposal Qualification Confirmation Results
We will confirm that the person who submitted the application form satisfies the qualifications of the proposer, and notify the applicant of the proposal qualification confirmation result by e-mail.
In addition, if it is confirmed that the applicant satisfies the qualifications of the proposer, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form.

If you are qualified for proposal, please check the proposal preparation guidelines and submit proposal-related materials.

・Proposal (Form 5): Part 1
・Implementation Policy and Implementation System for the Operations (Form 6): 10 copies
・Proposals related to the quality of the business (Form 7): 10 copies
・Reference Estimate (Form 8): Part 1
・Intention proposal for disclosure of proposal (Form 9): Part 1
・Status of initiatives related to work-life balance, etc. Related documents: 1 copy each (only applicable persons)
(2) Submission: Yokohama City Centerminami Passport Center
(3) Submission deadline: Until 4:00 pm on Friday, January 6, 2023 (must arrive)

(2) Implementation site: Meeting room in Yokohama City Hall (6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama) (provisional)
(3) Attendees: No more than 3 persons, including the person in charge of this proposal.
(4) Others
Details such as date and time and location will be announced separately to the participants. At the time of hearing, please use the proposal and give an oral explanation.
※Equipment such as personal computers and projectors cannot be used. We do not accept any changes or additions to materials.
