• Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, please submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 17:00 five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.

• When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, Motoichi will respond in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from day after receipt of the above document.
