A single company (organization) that satisfies all of the following items, or a consortium that all members satisfy all of the following items: In the case of a consortium, a "consortium agreement and power of attorney" (Form 1-2) shall be submitted at the time of application. In addition, after identifying the contract candidate, by the time the contract is concluded, a union contract that clearly defines the representative organization and the division of responsibility shall be concluded, and a copy of the union contract shall be submitted. (2)Within the past five years, there must be at least five contracts for overseas infrastructure export strategies and policy-making conducted by national and government agencies or for the feasibility study on overseas infrastructure (FS).

(3)From the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, no suspension measures have been taken under the provisions of the "Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004)".

(4)Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).

• Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, please submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 17:00 five days after city hall closing day from the next day of day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When an explanation is requested pursuant to the preceding paragraph, Motoichi will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the closing date of the city hall from the day following the day on which the above document was received.

One copy of the report described in “Lending Reference Materials” in “Lending Reference Materials” in Section 5 of the Proposal Creation Guidelines will be lent to applicants among those who have been qualified for proposal. When visiting, please contact us by phone the day before.
