3. Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).

If you can confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will send you a proposal-related document submission request form.

• Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal was not granted. In addition, please submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 17:00 five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, Motoichi will respond in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from day after receipt of the above document.

　For those who have been granted the proposal qualification, the materials described in “7 Reference Materials” of the Business Explanation Materials can be viewed at the International Cooperation Division. When visiting, please contact us by phone the day before.
