About bid
1.If there is no presentation of the “Public Recruitment Type Designated Competitive Bidding Nomination Notice” on the day of bidding, you will not be able to participate in the bidding, so be sure to bring it with you.
　In addition, please be careful about the handling as "open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding nomination letter of advice" cannot be reissued.
2.In the bid form, please indicate the amount equivalent to 100/100 of the estimated contract price (including consumption tax).
3.As for the bidding method, the bid participant posts the "bid book" directly at the time of bidding. If you do not make a successful bid in the first bid, make a second bid on the spot.
　So please prepare two bid documents.
4.In accordance with the provisions of Article 167-2, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Order, if there is no successful bidder in the second bid, negotiate with the vendor who presented the lowest price.
　And if an agreement is reached within the planned price, a free contract will be made.
5.For other matters, the Yokohama City Contract Rules, Competitive Bidding Handling Guidelines for Yokohama City and Outsourcing Competitive Bidding Participant

6.This contract is subject to suspension that each Yokohama City Accounting Supplementary Budget will be approved by the Yokohama City Council in December 2020.
