1 Satisfaction 2, 1 and 3 to 5 of persons specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare (Notification No. 92 of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, Paragraph 1 of the Standards for Implementation of Specific Health Checkups and Specific Health Guidance.
2 Persons engaged in guidance must be regular employees who are qualified as public health nurses, dietitians, and nurses who have extensive experience in clinical experience of diabetes, nutrition management, etc.
3. Other local governments must have a track record of contract and the business.
4. There must be a business office near the Kanto area for smooth business operation with the city, including the transfer of deliverables.
