Anyone who intends to participate in this proposal shall meet one of the following requirements (1) and (2) and (3).
(1)As a result of examination by rule of Yokohama-shi contract rule Article 7, it was listed in list of qualified person of general competitive bidding participation qualified person of Reiwa original, 2nd year, and one of the following business events that we decided to correspond to the contract A person who has been registered for more than one.

(2)Although it has not yet been listed in the list of qualified persons for general competitive bidding in Reiwa Moto 2nd year, it is the same as the above (1), which was determined to correspond to the contract when submitting the application form for participation. A person who is currently applying for the event and is expected to have completed registration by the date on which the contract candidate is determined.
(3)Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Measures Summary, such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, between the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal form to the specific date of the contract candidate.

Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission
Confirm the proposal qualification of the participation intention application form, and send a notice of participation qualification confirmation result (Form 2) by mail and e-mail by Wednesday, December 25, 2019, regardless of whether or not there is a proposal qualification To do.
At the same time, we will send a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 3) by mail and e-mail (only qualified participants).
[Format and Content of Proposal]
(1)Please make proposal based on attached proposal cover (style 4) (word: 22KB) and proposal style (the point-2-10) (word: 30KB).
(2)In principle, the size of the paper is A4 size (free vertical and horizontal), horizontal writing, left binding, and double-sided printing. However, if consideration is required for visibility, etc., depending on the contents of the description, the page may be included in the A3 version (fold it into the size of the A4 size when binding).
(3)For proposals, please state the proposal for the following items in the prescribed format.

(4)Please pay attention to the following points when preparing the proposal.
A. Please describe your ideas in a concise manner using documents and charts.
B. Display the page number at the bottom of each page.
C. Multicolor printing is acceptable, but monochrome copying will be made for evaluation, so please consider the ease of viewing.
D) Except for notes, etc., in principle, characters should be 10 points or more, and should be created within the prescribed format.
(E) Consideration should be given when using technical terms so that it can be evaluated objectively.
