Applicants who are eligible to participate shall be those who meet the conditions described in “3. Conditions (1) and (2)” of the proposal preparation guidelines pertaining to “International Horticultural Expo Transport Access Study Business Outsourcing”.

4.Response Date and Method: We send by e-mail around Tuesday, July 23, 2019.

• We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal and mail a notification of the proposal qualification confirmation result regardless of whether or not they are qualified. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
• We will notify you by Tuesday, July 16, 2019.
• An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why his / her eligibility was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Yokohama-shi Policy Bureau International Horticultural Expo bid promotion section by 5:00 pm five days after city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When an explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date from the day after the city received the document.
