Those who qualify for participation shall be those who meet the conditions described in "3 Conditions (1) and (2)" in the proposal preparation guidelines for the "International Horticultural Exposition Transportation Access Examination Business Outsourcing".

※Use a fixed-sized envelope, specify the address of the mailing address of the notice, and attach a stamp for 82 yen.

4.Response Date and method: We send by e-mail around Tuesday, July 23, 2019.

• We will confirm the eligibility of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result regardless of qualification. If we are able to confirm that you have the proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
• Notification will be made by Tuesday, July 16, 2019.
• The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Yokohama-shi Policy Bureau international horticulture exposition invitation promotion section by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi received document.
