[Removal of open call for proposals] International Horticultural Exposition Business Plan Basic Survey and Examination Outsourcing

The above proposal procedure will be canceled because a part of the scheduled work has been postponed.

Those who have qualifications to participate are those who meet the conditions described in “3 Conditions (1) and (2)” of the proposal preparation guidelines pertaining to “International Horticultural Expo Business Plan Basic Survey and Examination Business Outsourcing”. I do.

・Implementation site: Meeting Room in Yokohama City Hall
・Attendees: There must be no more than 3 persons, including the general manager and the person in charge.
・Other: Details such as time and location will be announced separately.

　・When bringing or mailing, be sure to specify the e-mail address for sending the answer in the questionnaire.
4.Response Date and Method: We will send by e-mail around Monday, October 7, 2019.

• We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal and mail a notification of the proposal qualification confirmation result regardless of whether or not they are qualified. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
• We will notify you by Monday, September 30, 2019.
• An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why his / her eligibility was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Yokohama-shi Policy Bureau International Horticultural Expo bid promotion section by 5:00 pm five days after city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When an explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date from the day after the city received the document.
