- If the submission deadline has passed, it will not be accepted. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the reason of the delivery company, we will accept it with proof.
- In the case of mailing, be sure to contact the submission address after shipping.
- If you bring your own, it will be accepted at the Policy Bureau Policy Division from 9:00 am to noon and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on weekdays (the same applies hereinafter).

Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request
- We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 3) regardless of whether or not they have qualifications. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 5).
- We will notify you by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 19, 2019.
- An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why his / her eligibility was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Yokohama-shi Policy Bureau policy section by 5:00 pm five days after city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
- When an explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date from the day after the city received the document.
