• Date and time: Late November to early December 2019
• Location: Meeting rooms in Yokohama City Hall or surrounding buildings
• Attendees: There must be no more than three persons, including the person in charge of general affairs.
• Others:

  • If you are unable to participate in the interview, you will be disqualified.
  • As an explanatory material for Form 4 “2 Similar work results” or “4 Specific Proposal Details”, introduction of video samples produced in the past within the allocated hearing time is allowed (however, “Proposal company name ”and“ Expressions that can estimate the name of the proposed company”)). In this case, the necessary equipment for use for referrals will be provided by the proposal company.
