Those who are eligible to participate are required to submit “3 Procedures for Participation (1) Proposal Qualifications” in the proposal preparation guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “Proposal Creation Guidelines”) pertaining to “Consignment of Public Relations Video Production Business for IR (Integrated Resorts)”. - Location: Meeting rooms in Yokohama City Hall or surrounding buildings
- Attendees: There must be no more than three persons, including the person in charge of general affairs.

- As an explanatory material for Form 4 “2 Similar work results” or “4 Specific Proposal Details”, introduction of video samples produced in the past within the allocated hearing time is allowed (however, “Proposal company name ”and“ Expressions that can estimate the name of the proposed company”)). In this case, the necessary equipment for use for referrals will be provided by the proposal company.

Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission
- Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been qualified for the proposal and those who have not been accepted will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor.
- Notification date: Shipping on Wednesday, November 6, 2019
- When submitting a proposal, be sure to check the “Proposal Creation Guidelines 5 Contents of Proposals (Form 4), 8 Submission of Proposals”, etc., and prepare the submitted documents.
- Number of copies to be submitted: 7 copies (1st copy, 6th copy) ※Includes supplementary materials, etc. (Please summarize each part with clips etc.)
- Submission: The same as the place where the application was submitted above
- Submission deadline: Until noon on Friday, November 22, 2019 (must arrive)
- Submission method: Bring, mail, courier service (in the case of mailing, please send registered mail and send it by the deadline.)
