Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission

  • Among those who have submitted the application form for participation (Form 1), those who have been granted the proposal qualification and those who have not been accepted will be notified of that fact and the reason thereof by the proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 2). To do. In addition, when we can confirm that we have proposal qualification, we send proposal-related documents presentation request (style 6) together.
  • Notification will be made by Friday, September 27, 2019.
  • Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
  • Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
