  • There is no risk of harming good landscape or scenic beauty.
  • Do not use materials that are prone to decay, corrosion, or damage.
  • The structure or installation method is not dangerous.
  • Do not interfere with the safety of road traffic and marine traffic.
  • Do not use fluorescent paints or other similar materials.
  • In the urbanization adjustment area, the first-class low-rise residential area, the second-class low-rise residential area, the first-class middle-high-rise residential area, and the second-class middle-high-rise residential area, blinking equipment and video equipment (still for more than 15 seconds) Excluding those that display only the screen that is stopped.)   • When installing blinking equipment in areas other than the above, slow the blinking speed.
  • Do not use video equipment in the following areas.

  • Do not protrude from the wall (except when the protruding part from the upper end is 0.5 meters or less and less than half of the vertical length of the advertising material, etc.) 。
  • Do not block emergency entrances and windows or other openings where evacuation equipment is installed.
  • Do not display directly on the roof or roof of the building in the first-class low-rise residential area or the second-class low-rise residential area.

In the table above, "installation height" refers to the height from the ground to the lower end of advertising materials.
