What is event advertising matter consultation?
In recent years, new outdoor advertising materials such as projection mapping have been posted in each city mainly during events. These outdoor advertising materials contribute to the formation of the bustle of the town together with conventional outdoor advertising materials such as flags, so we will promote their utilization and relax regulations on outdoor advertising materials that meet certain requirements posted at events etc. I decided to do it.
In order to ease restrictions on the display or installation of outdoor advertising materials or properties displaying outdoor advertising materials (hereinafter referred to as “advertising materials, etc.”), consultation with the The Mayor of Yokohama is required.

Overview of deregulation through the consultation system
Once the consultation with The Mayor of Yokohama is concluded, the following restrictions will be relaxed in the Yokohama City Outdoor Advertising Ordinance.
①It is considered that permission has been granted instead of permission for ordinary advertising materials (no permission fee will be charged) 。
②Standards for the size of advertising materials, etc. are relaxed, and large advertising materials can be displayed or installed.
③It is possible to display or install advertising materials in prohibited areas (near expressways, etc.) and prohibited properties (bridges, etc.).
Flow of Procedure
1 Prior consultation
Please consult in advance at least 60 days before displaying or installing advertising materials etc. as much as possible.
When consulting in advance, please submit the following documents in electronic data in principle (excluding power of attorney) 。
If you have to submit it in writing, please submit one copy of required documents.

(9) Letter of Consent
It is only necessary when renting another person's land or building to set up an application property (in the case of a third-party advertisement).

3. Proposal for change consultation after the conclusion of the consultation

In addition, if there is a change in the name of the advertiser, etc., a notification is required at a later date.

5 Procedures for changing the applicant, manager, and chief of maintenance
