Car body use advertisement (wrapping bus) application procedure

Among advertisements (body use advertisements) that use the outer surface of trains and cars, we will guide you through the application procedure for those that the mayor specifically recognizes (wrapping buses and wrapping trains on regular routes running in the city).

・Flow of Procedure
Application for Design Examination (Deadline on the last day of each month)>>Examination Committee (early of the following month)>>Notification of results and permission (middle of the following month)>>Application for permission to display advertising materials (after the end of the following month)
・required documents (1 copy each)
(1)Special permission advertisement design application form (style 1) WORD format (word: 62KB) PDF format (PDF: 111KB)
(2)Manuals such as designs (style 2) WORD format (word: 32KB) PDF format (PDF: 45KB)
(3)Design (color diagram, Munsell value clearly) and drawings (display area, body area)
(4)System diagram (Route map)
※Please submit required documents in electronic data by the end of each month.
If you have to submit it in writing, please submit one copy of required documents.

Submission of application form>>Examination>>Notification of results (permission, delivery notice sent)>>Fee payment
※Please apply one month before displaying the advertising material (postable).
※After the examination, if there are no deficiencies in documents, etc. and conform to the standards, permission will be granted in about two weeks from the application.
・required documents (1 copy each)
(1)Outdoor advertising matter permission application (style 1) WORD format (word: 34KB) PDF format (PDF: 173KB)
(2)Special permission advertisement design application form (the examination result is "possible" and has a reception stamp)
(3)Design (color diagram, Munsell value clearly) and drawings (display area, body area)
(4)A copy of the automobile inspection certificate
(5)Sales Office Guide Map
(6)System diagram (Route map)
(7)Reply envelope (Please prepare one copy for each application form.)
Please specify the reply address and attach a stamp with the following amount.
・In the case of a fixed size (length 3 envelopes): 94 yen stamp
・In case of non-standard size (2 square envelopes): 140 yen stamp

Please specify the reply address and attach a stamp with the following amount.
・In the case of a fixed size (length 3 envelopes): 94 yen stamp
・In case of non-standard size (2 square envelopes): 140 yen stamp
