Application procedure for car body use advertisement (wrapping bus)

Among advertisements (body use advertisements) that use the outer surface of trains and cars, we will guide you through application procedures for those that the mayor specifically admits (wrapping buses and wrapping trains on regular routes running in the city).

・Procedure Flow

Application for Design Review (Deadline on the last day of every month)>>Examination Committee (early the following month)>>Notification of Results and Permit (mid-next month)>>To apply for permission to display advertising materials (after the following month)

・required documents (1 copy each)
(1)Special permission advertisement design application paper (style 1) WORD format (word: 62KB) PDF format (PDF: 111KB)
(2)Manuals such as designs (Form 2) WORD format (word: 32KB) PDF format (PDF: 45KB)
(3)Design (color diagram, Munsell value specified) and drawings (display area, body area)
(4)System map (route map)

※Please submit required documents in electronic data by the end of each month.
If it is unavoidable to submit it in writing, please submit one copy of required documents.

Submission of application>>Examination>>Notification of results (permit and delivery notice)>>Fees paid

※Please apply one month before displaying the advertising material (postable).
※After examination, if there are no defects in the documents and meet the standards, permission will be granted about two weeks after the application.

・required documents (1 copy each)
(1)Outdoor advertising matter permission application (style 1) WORD format (word: 34KB) Portable Document Format (PDF: 173KB)
(2)Special permission advertisement design application form (examination result is "possible" and there is a reception stamp)
(3)Design (color diagram, Munsell value specified) and drawings (display area, body area)
(4)Copy of automobile inspection certificate
(5)Sales Office Guide Map
(6)System map (route map)
(7)Reply envelope (Please prepare one copy for each application form.)
Please specify the reply address and attach a stamp of the following amount.
・In the case of fixed form (long 3 envelopes): 94 yen stamp
・In the case of nonstandard shape (square 2 envelopes): 140 yen stamp

(2)Outdoor advertising matter inspection report (thing which we checked within three months before application) WORD format (word: 24KB) PDF format (PDF: 202KB)
(3)Color photos of advertising materials (three sides of the body.) Digital camera photos and color copies are acceptable)
(4)Reply envelope (Please prepare one copy for each application form.)
Please specify the reply address and attach a stamp of the following amount.
・In the case of fixed form (long 3 envelopes): 94 yen stamp
・In the case of nonstandard shape (square 2 envelopes): 140 yen stamp

・required documents
(1)Outdoor advertising matter removal (lost) registration form (No. 5 style) WORD format (word: 19KB) PDF format (PDF: 101KB)
(2)Photos after removal (three sides of the body.) Digital camera photos and color copies are acceptable)
