Exemptions (such as advertising materials that can be displayed or installed without permission)

1 Advertising materials, etc. displayed or installed in accordance with the provisions of other laws, ordinances or rules

Advertising materials, etc. displayed or installed on two people, animals or vehicles (excluding trains and cars)

3 Advertisements that display the name of the donor on facilities or properties necessary for the public interest that meet all of the following standards

  • The display area of the part that displays the donor's name must be 0.5 square meters or less, and do not use fluorescent paints or the like.
  • The projected area of the donor's name when viewed from the display direction of advertising materials, etc. shall be less than 1/20 of the projected area of the facility, etc. when viewed from the same direction.

4 Private outdoor advertising materials that meet all of the following standards

  • The total display area per site must be 10 square meters or less (for trains, cars, and ships, the area regulations do not apply). In addition, permission may be necessary even in display area less than indication area 10 square meters in scenery plan area.
  • Do not use fluorescent paints or any other similar items
  • Blinking devices, video equipment, and projection advertising materials cannot be displayed or installed in prohibited areas. However, it can be displayed or installed when displaying only images that have been stationed for more than 15 seconds among the video equipment and projection advertising materials.

5 Outdoor advertising materials for management that meet all of the following standards

  • The total display area shall be 5 square meters or less.
  • Do not use fluorescent paints or any other similar items
  • Do not use video equipment.
  • Do not display projected advertising materials.
  • Do not use blinking devices for items displayed or installed in prohibited areas.

6 Advertising materials to be displayed or installed temporarily for ceremonial occasions, festivals, etc. (removal within 7 days from the end date)

7 Advertising materials displayed or installed on board walls and other similar temporary enclosures that are not intended for profit

8 Information boards, bulletin boards, or advertising materials that display or install the names of the facilities on the premises of public facilities such as public offices and schools, etc., that conform to the standards of each advertising material

9 Advertisements that explain the origin of buildings, facilities, monuments, etc., that meet the standards of each advertising material, etc.

Advertisements to display or install for the purpose of providing for 10 public purposes or public convenience, those that the mayor recognizes as not to hinder the landscape

11 Advertisements, etc. displayed or installed by political parties or other political organizations, labor unions or individuals for advertising, gatherings, events, entertainments, etc. conducted by political activities or labor movements, conform to the standards for each advertising material etc. What to do

12 Postcards, postcards, advertising flags, standing signs, etc., and the like displayed or installed for non-profit advertising, gatherings, events, entertainments, etc., and conform to all of the following standards

  • The display area shall be 1 square meter or less.
  • Do not use fluorescent paints or any other similar items
  • The same shall not be displayed or installed in a row.
  • Please provide your contact information.
  • Removal within 7 days from the date on which the advertisement, assembly, event, entertainment, etc. is completed.

13 Postcards, postcards, advertising flags, standing signs, etc. and the like displayed or installed on the premises of the facility for lectures, exhibitions, concerts, etc., and conform to all of the following standards .

  • The display area shall be 1 square meter or less.
  • Do not use fluorescent paints or any other similar items
  • The same shall not be displayed or installed in a row.
  • Please provide your contact information.
  • Display or install within 7 days before the event, and remove it on the day when it ends.
