Confirmation guidance to specific children and child care support facilities

Along with the free provision of early childhood education and childcare, the Child and Child Care Support Law has established a new payment of facility usage fees for "Specific Child and Child Care Support Facilities (* 1)" Facilities and businesses that the municipalities have confirmed as facilities eligible for free of charge are "specified child and child care support facilities."
"Specific child and child care support facilities, etc." must have the matters stipulated in the standards for operation (* 3) specified by Cabinet Office Ordinance by the Child and Child Care Support Act (* 2).

※1 Specific child and child care support facilities
　Educational part of private school subsidized kindergartens and special support schools, custody childcare business implemented in kindergartens and certified children's schools, non-licensed childcare facilities, temporary custody services (temporary childcare business, annual limited childcare business, etc.), sick childcare business, etc.
※2 Article 58-4, Paragraph 2 of the Child and Child Care Support Act
　Specified child / child care support providers must provide specific child and child care support in accordance with the standards for the operation of specific child and child care support facilities specified by Cabinet Office Ordinance.
※3 From Articles 53 to 61 of the "Standards for the Operation of Specific Education and Childcare Facilities and Specific Regional Childcare Business and Specific Child and Childcare Support Facilities"
