5 Report Flow and Qualifications for Survey and Inspection

Flow of periodic reporting

In the periodic reporting system, owners of buildings, etc. (in the case of the owner and manager are different, managers) regularly inspect and inspect and report the results to Yokohama City. It is a flow.

From Motoichi, we send notice or communication about periodical report system to manager listed in report.
For this reason, we ask that the manager described in the report should be decided after consultation between the building owner, the management trustee, the lessor, and other related parties.
Please keep the following points in mind when deciding on an administrator.
 
◆When information of manager has been changed from the time of report of last year, it is necessary to have you submit "notification of change such as owners such as specific buildings targeted for periodical report". Please refer to the "Download Forms" for the format of the report.
◆Notifications and communications regarding the periodic reporting system will be sent to the administrator specified in the report.
Please confirm the name of the representative and Address, Phone number, etc.
