Importance of building maintenance
In recent years, accidents due to lack of maintenance and management of buildings have occurred one after another. Deterioration of buildings and unreported extension may cause major accidents in the event of a fire. In addition, Article 8 of the Building Standards Law states that "owners, managers or occupants of a building must endeavor to maintain the site, structure and building equipment of the building in a legal state at all times." In Motoichi, we made leaflet to tell importance of maintenance of building. Please read it and use it.
To building owners and managers
Please read the leaflet above and use it as a reference for daily building maintenance.
In addition, when building becomes building targeted for periodical report, please refer to flow of report, and please have you report to city.
