What is the Periodic Reporting System?
The "Regular Reporting System" is a system stipulated in Article 12, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 3 of the Building Standards Law for the purpose of maintaining buildings, etc. in good condition. .
According to this rule, the owners of buildings designated by the country and Yokohama City (if the owner and manager are different, the manager) regularly provide qualified persons (first-class architects, etc.) to buildings, etc. It is obliged to have them investigate and inspect whether they are in a safe state and report the results to Yokohama City.
