With the efforts of the seal review, seal will be abolished except for the following forms, among the forms related to applications and notifications (*) accepted by the Residential Land Examination Division and the Adjustment Area Division.

※Permission for development activities based on the City Planning Act, permission for residential land development work based on the Regulation Law for Residential Land Development, Road position designation based on the Building Standards Law and confirmation of structures (retaining walls), adjustment of Yokohama City development projects, etc. Confirmation of plan conformity confirmation of construction related to slope development activities based on the regulations enforcement regulations on construction and development of basement buildings on slopes in Yokohama City

Development permits

  • Consent to connect private roads based on the provisions of Article 32, Paragraph 1 of the City Planning Act and consent form for abolition of turning open space (private management road), agreement for abolition of evacuation passages (private management)
  • Development act enforcement agreement based on the provisions of Article 33, Paragraph 1, Item 14 of the City Planning Act
  • Loan certificate attached to the funding plan of the development permit application and the specific succession approval application form (if the loan source is not a financial institution)
  • Application for specific succession of status of development permit or written consent of the heir of the successor (former developer) attached toregistration form

There is a possibility that the seal may be requested when the applicant, designer, construction enforcer, or landowners pertaining to the application.

Date of abolition

Effective March 1, 2021 (Some statutory formats have already been abolished in January 2021.)
However, those with seal and those that use the old form (excluding those with different descriptions except seal) will also be accepted.

Remarks

  • Among various applications, reports in residential land examination department, new style of road position designation based on Building Standard Act and public establishment (retaining wall) confirmation will be posted on Motoichi homepage sequentially from February 22, 2021. Other new forms for application and notification are scheduled to be published in April 2021.
  • If a person other than the applicant / notifier performs the application / notification procedure and the receipt of the notice, etc., the applicant must submit a power of attorney filled out with the delegate, the delegate, the matters of delegation, and the date of preparation, but seal can be eliminated. (Except the seal of the assignee when using a correction mark.)
  • To correct or add an application form, registration form, etc. in the examination, please use one of the following methods.
    • Method 1: If the applicant or applicant makes corrections, the correction shall be made by drawing a double line on the correction.
    • Method 2: If the power of attorney includes the contents related to corrections and additions, and there is a self-signed person's own signature, write the contents of the correction / addition, draw a double line is drawn in the corrected part, and the assignee will sign the name. To do.
    • Method 3: If the power of attorney includes the contents related to corrections and additions, and there is a seal of the delegate, write the contents of the correction and additions, draw a double line is drawn on the corrected part, and seal the same seal as the power of attorney.
    • Method 4: Drawings and documents that need to be corrected or added.
