　In the residential land examination department, as follows, we accept mail and e-mail for some of the procedures as follows.

3 Mailing Method

• Write the receipt number and name of the documents to be mailed (eg: No. 2020 opening 1901 / Replacement Document, No. 2020 Opening No. 1901 / Development Project Plan) in red on the envelope, and send the person in charge of the document as the destination Please mail as.
• Be sure to know the company name or name of the sender and the Phone number that can be contacted during the daytime on weekdays.

4 Notes, etc.

• The reception date shall be the date on which the mail arrives at the residential land examination department.
• We will not inform you of the arrival and reception of documents, so if you want to confirm the arrival and reception, please contact the Residential Land Examination Department by phone. If the documents are incomplete, the person in charge will contact you about the amendment.
• Please note that if you do not know the receipt number, name, etc. of the mailed document or the contact information of the sender, the reception process and subsequent processing may be delayed or impossible.

3 Transmission method

• Please enter the reception number and name of the documents to be sent and the name of the person in charge of the residential land examination department (eg: No. 2020 opening 1901, modified drawing, □□□□□) in the subject and send it.
• After sending, be sure to inform the person in charge of the residential land examination department where the e-mail has been sent. (If the person in charge is not present, please inform the other person in charge.)
• Be sure to know the sender's company name or name, and the Phone number that can be contacted during the daytime on weekdays.

4 Notes, etc.

• Please note that we will not respond in principle if we receive anything other than those that can be handled.
• Files up to 5MB can be received, but depending on the file, it may not be possible to receive it due to the security of the city.

Please make inquiries and consultations in the morning as much as possible.
In the afternoon, staff may be absent due to on-site inspections.
