About the end of emergency response pertaining to the new coronavirus infection in the explanation to residents in Article 11 of the Ordinance on Coordination of Yokohama City Development Project

　From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection, regarding the explanation to the residents stipulated in Article 11 of the Ordinance on Coordination of Yokohama City Development Project, etc., as an emergency response, we have implemented a method by "posting of materials and responding to inquiries from residents" We have come, but emergency response will end on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
　About development business to start explanation to inhabitants after Thursday, June 1, 2023, explanation method as before (see pages 18 to 26 of guide of the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business.) please. (The same applies when explaining to the residents again due to a plan change.)
　In addition, when holding a briefing session or giving explanations at door-to-door visits after June 1, 2023 (Thursday), requests from nearby residents or local residents will request explanations by telephone from the viewpoint of infectious disease prevention. If there is, please respond politely. As an example, if you make a door-to-door visit, if there is a request by telephone explanation, please give an explanation over the phone (in this case, the second and subsequent visits are not mandatory.) 。 Also, if there is a request for an explanation over the phone, not attending a briefing, please give an explanation by telephone separately from the briefing.
