About revision such as location standards of urbanization adjustment area

We publish in "guide of development permission by the City Planning Act" "Yokohama City Development Examination Committee Proposal Standard (hereinafter referred to as" proposal standard ") "has been revised in order to improve fairness and transparency based on the purpose of the law and to use standards based on the actual situation.
The new standard will take effect on April 1, 2019.
