Partial revision of development permission standards, etc. (2018.4.1)

(1)　"Standards for Permission for Development under the City Planning Act", "Standards for Permission for Location", "Standards for Interpretation of Definition of Development Activities", "Standards for Open Space for Public Use", "Landscape Plan" We revised as follows based on purpose of law about "standard about limit" and "application style".
(2)　About "style of application" published in "guide of residential land development", we revised as follows with style revision of regulation law enforcement detailed regulations such as Yokohama-shi residential land development.
(3)　About "standard about explanation to inhabitants", "standard about presentation of development business plan", "standard about presentation of development business plan", "standard of consent" and "application style" published in "the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business", Based on the purpose of the law, it has been revised as follows to respond to the revision of related laws and regulations.

In revising this standard, we carry out public opinion solicitation from December 21, 2017 to January 22, 2018 based on the Public Opinion Procedure Implementation Guidelines pertaining to the Yokohama City Rules, etc., and revise it.
