(1)　It is published in the "Guide to Development Permits under the City Planning Act", "Standards for Interpretation of Definition of Development Area", "Standards for Interpretation of Definition of Specific Work", "Standards for Measures such as Conservation of Trees", "Standards for Permission for Locations Related to Article 34 of the Act" and "Standards for Article Based on the Act"
(2)　About "standard about drainage facility" and "style of application" published in "guide of residential land development", we revised as follows based on purpose of law.
(3)　About "standard of start restriction of construction about development business" published in "the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business", we revise as follows to cope with revision of related laws and ordinances based on purpose of law Has been revised.

In revising this standard, we carry out public opinion solicitation from December 12, 2016 to January 12, 2017 based on the opinion solicitation procedure implementation guidelines pertaining to the Yokohama City Rules, etc., and revise it.
