Instructions

  • When we entrust substitute person with application procedures, submission of proxy is necessary.
    In addition, administrative scrivener or person who is not administrative scrivener corporation gets reward in response to request of another person as the work, and please be careful as particular fate violates the administrative scrivener method except cases that there is for law as for making documents to submit to public office.

  • Principle, consumption tax exclude assistance. But, about the consumption amount of a tax to affect the business concerned, we can include in supporting target operating cost when we do not add to the stocking amount of a tax deduction by regulations of the consumption tax law in the case of final income tax return. When assistance intends for consumption tax, submissions such as confirmation, report are necessary after at the time of subsidy grant application and the final income tax return. About disposal of building which received subsidy, and repaired earthquake proofing

 When we receive subsidy and demolish earthquake-resistant building which we repaired during period of prescribed service life (in this business ten years) and dispose of transfer (we include payment), exchange, loan, approval such as city and country is necessary. As return of supporting amount of money may be necessary for approval, please note.
 In addition, when you have disposed of property without receiving approval, you judge that you are against regulations of this business, and grant of subsidy is canceled, and please be careful as there are the total amount return and possibility that it is.

About reduction system of earthquake-resistant building which we repaired

  Targeting at "earthquake-resistant diagnosis imposition building" which carried out earthquake-resistant repair or "houses", there is system of reduction of taxes of property tax, urban planning tax and special subtraction of income tax, corporation tax.
