About steep slope collapse measures business

In order to prevent disasters due to the collapse of steep slopes, if certain standards are met, Kanagawa Prefecture will designate steep slope collapse danger areas based on the "Law Concerning the Prevention of Disasters due to Collapse of Steep Slope" to hold.

1. Inclination angle of 30 degrees or more, height 5m or more.
2. There are five or more houses that may cause harm due to the collapse of steep slopes.
3. Even if there is a risk of harm to public offices, schools, hospitals, inns, etc. even if it is less than 5 units.

1. Natural cliff with an inclination angle of 30 degrees or more.
2. The height must be 10m (* 5m) or more in principle.
3. The estimated damage houses must be 10 or more (* 5 houses).
4. The owner lends the land necessary for construction to the prefecture free of charge.
