Submission of the following documents can be submitted by mail.

  • Complete set of documents related to grant application
  • A set of documents related to the grant start notification
  • A set of documents related to the Subsidy Program Change Report
  • Complete set of documents related to the grant construction completion report
  • A set of documents related to the invoice for grant grant

※Please contact us as advance consultation is required before applying for a grant.
※The date of acceptance of the application documents shall be the date on which the cliff disaster prevention officer confirms the documents.
※Due to the period required for mailing, it may take longer than usual.
※We may not be able to accept applications due to inadequate documents.
