Documents that can be viewed and inspected at the Information Consultation Section (Yokohama Building Information Center on the second floor of the city hall) are as follows.

• Outline of Architectural Plan
  About building which was confirmed by building confirmation application, we can read "building plan summary book" (article after January, 1971) which wrote summary and layout drawing of plan.
  A confirmation number of the building is required for viewing.
  If you do not know the confirmation number, please identify the number with the system terminals provided at the Information Consultation Section (Yokohama Building Information Center on the 2nd floor of the City Hall).
  ※1 When specifying, please check the building year in the building registry etc. in advance.
  ※2 The fee for viewing the summary book is free, but if you need a copy, please pay the copy fee.
  ※3 Regarding the status of the inspection, for properties received after May 1, 1999, the inspection status can be confirmed in the “Summary of Disposal”, but for properties before that, the building confirmation application ledger entry certificate It can be confirmed by obtaining a certificate (300 yen per copy).

• Road location designation map
  It is a drawing of the road prescribed in Article 42, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Building Standards Act.

• Development registry (Record and Land Use Plan)
  You can browse the record (summary) and land use plan (floor plan) that have been approved for development.

• Town development map information (i-mappy)
  We can check contents of city planning decision (restricted area, building coverage ratio, floor area ratio), Building Standard Act road type, restriction contents such as Building Standard Act.

• Other (free browsing) materials
  You can freely browse the radio propagation obstruction prevention area map etc.

The architectural plan summary book that has been viewed and obtained at the window of the "Yokohama Building Information Center" on the second floor of the city hall can now be viewed at the office or at home without having to come to the window.
