| Overview | The Air Pollution Control Law and the Ordinance on the conservation of the Living Environment in Kanagawa Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as the “Prefectural Ordinance”) stipulate the strengthening of regulations related to the prevention of asbestos scattering associated with demolition work of buildings. The ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance") on conservation of Yokohama City Living Environment have been partially revised (promulgated on March 5, 2021). Therefore, with this ordinance revision, necessary revisions were made to the ordinance enforcement regulations on conservation of Yokohama City living environment. In addition, we performed revisions with revisions such as each guideline to establish based on prefectural regulations enforcement regulations and prefectural regulations. |
