What is the Ordinance on conservation, etc. of Yokohama City Living Environment?

Basic regulations about conservation of Yokohama-shi environment and creation (outside site) (March, 1995 Yokohama-shi regulations 17th. The aim is to preserve the healthy and cultural living environment of citizens of present and future generations by establishing regulations on the establishment of business establishments, measures for the conservation of the environment in business activities and daily life, and other matters necessary to reduce the burden on the environment.

What is a designated office?As a business establishment that performs work that is recognized as having a high probability of causing pollution by generating smoke, dust, odor, drainage, noise or vibration, the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ordinance on conservation, etc. in Yokohama City Living Environment (hereinafter referred to as the “Enforcement Regulations”). ) The facilities (designated facilities) specified in Appendix No. 1 (PDF: 222KB) and perform work (designated work).
