| Overview | The Air Pollution Control Law and the Ordinance on the conservation of the Living Environment in Kanagawa Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as the “Prefectural Ordinance”) stipulate the strengthening of regulations related to the prevention of asbestos scattering associated with demolition work of buildings. The ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance") on conservation of Yokohama City Living Environment have been partially revised (promulgated on March 5, 2021). Therefore, with this ordinance revision, we will also make necessary revisions to the regulations enforcement regulations about conservation of Yokohama-shi living environment. In addition, we perform revision with revision such as each guideline to establish based on prefectural regulations enforcement regulations and prefectural regulations. |
