Specific facilities list

Specified facilities are facilities that discharge sewage containing substances that may cause damage to human health and living environment, and are subject to Article 1 of the Water Pollution Control Law Enforcement Order, Appendix 1 and Dioxins Countermeasures Measures Refers to those specified in Article 1 Appendix 2 of the Enforcement Order. Factories and business establishments that have this specific facility are installed are called specific business establishments. The type of notification, penalties, etc. differ depending on whether or not it is a specific business site.
