This is the information page for draining construction wastewater to public sewers.

Cases that require notification

In order to drain the drainage generated during construction into the sewer pipe (public sewer), it may be necessary to install or report an abatement facility.

Required notification

Notification of public sewer use start (change)

  • When draining construction drainage of up to 50m3 or more per day
  • When draining construction wastewater that does not conform to water quality standards, such as alkaline.

In the case of the above, a notification is required.

Establishment of abatement facilities, etc. registration form

When we install abatement facilities (drainage treatment facilities) such as neutralization treatment facilities newly, report is necessary together with notice of public sewer use start (change).

When we drain construction drainage to public sewer temporarily, presentation of "public sewer temporary use permission application" is necessary to each ward Public Works Office. For more information, please check with each Public Works Office.
