Obligation of notification
Last update date April 1, 2024
Reports required by the Sewerage Law and the Yokohama City Sewerage Ordinance are as follows. Two copies of the notification documents are required. Except for information that cannot be disclosed, such as personal information, registration form and attached documents are subject to disclosure pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance on Disclosure of Information Held by Yokohama City.

*1 This report is different from the public sewerage use start registration form based on the Yokohama City Sewerage Ordinance Article 17, Paragraph 1 that requires notification when it is subject to sewerage usage fee collection. *2 The water quality standards in this <> shall be applied when excluded to existing water reclamation centers (Central, southern, northern first, Sakae Daini, Kohoku).

(Remarks) (* 1) Those related to chubo facilities, laundry facilities, and bathing facilities (excluding those that use hot springs) to be used for the inn business are excluded from the notification of "Specific Facility Installation registration form". Submission of "Notification of sewer use start (change) notification (style fourth)" or "public sewer use start notice (style fifth)".
(*2) There are measures to shorten the implementation restriction period.
