About the method of describing the date in the industrial waste management slip (manifest) accompanying the reform

　The reform was carried out on May 1, 2019. In response to this, please respond to the handling of items that have already been described and printed as "Heisei" in the industrial waste management slip (hereinafter referred to as "manifest") as follows.

• Date of delivery
• Date of completion of transportation
• Date of end of disposal
• Date of final disposal

　When describing and printing the date on the manifest after May 1, one of the following methods shall be used. Please be careful not to write or print in a single spelled manifest, such as avoiding the use of the Christian notation and the era name together.

• "May 1, 2019" will be left with the description of "Heisei".
• The description of "Heisei" is deleted with double lines, etc., and it is "May 1, 2019".
